15th january 2010

It's officially confirmed that Suede will be reforming for a one off show in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust at London's Royal Albert Hall in March. The line-up will be: Brett Anderson, Mat Osman, Richard Oakes, Simon Gilbert and Neil Codling.

1st february 2010

Suede will play at The Royal Albert Hall in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust on Wednesday 24th March.

There will be 2 Suede warm-up shows on saturday 20th March at the 100 Club in London and on sunday 21st March at The Ritz in Manchester.
Teenage Cancer Trust have 100 tickets to auction for both shows (there's no general sale for these shows) and the auction will open on Friday 26th February and close on Friday 12th March.

The two Suede warm-up shows in London and Manchester previous to the Royal Albert Hall one in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust this wednesday were an absolute sucess.
On the first show Brett thanked the audience saying:"All I have to say is I loved playing tonight. It's been beautiful. Lets do it again in another seven years time." These were the setlists for the warm-up shows:

Suede played last night at the Royal Albert Hall in London in aid of Teenage Cancer Trust.
The band were on top form and brought the audience a great show mixing songs from the previous warm-up gigs.
A very moving moment was when Brett dedicated 'He's Gone' to his friend Jesse Hanbury who recently passed away.
Brett talked again about "let's do it again in another seven years time".

Suede are to be honoured with the prestigious Q Magazine Inspiration Award. The ceremony will take place next monday (25th October) at London's Grosvenor House Hotel.

Anyway, Brett and Mat will be on XFM's breakfast show on Monday 13th, the band will be playing live at BBC 6 Music Steve Lamacq 'End Of Term Show' from BBC's Maida Vale studios on friday 17 December and Spanish Festival SOS 4.8 has announced Suede's pressence in May.

Suede have been unveiled today as the special secret guest playing at this year Xfm's Winter Wonderland this Wednesday 15th. The band will be joining Manic Street Preachers, White Lies, Two Door Cinema Club, The Drums and Mona on stage at the Brixton Academy.
Suede will also be the recipiants of the Xfm Inspiration Award on Wednesday night.

15th january 2010

Brett, Richard and Neil have played tonight a set of three acoustic songs ('Trash', 'Animal Nitrate' and 'Beautiful Ones') at this year Xfm's Winter Wonderland at the Brixton Academy.
The show was scheduled to be a 25 minutes electric one, but Simon was unfortunately unable to play as he was too ill with the flu to perform.
Headliners of the event Manic Street Preachers dedicated a song to Suede and wished Simon a quick recovery.

Mat didn't play too, but was there to receive with the rest of the band the "Xfm Inspiration Award".
